Our change leadership approach is to agree on (or negotiate) win-win solutions for the employee and the organization. In this, positive energy is generated towards improved business performance.

Our positioning in a change intervention is to act as mediator between the technical (or hard issues) of change and the people (or softer issues) of change.

We plan, implement, and evaluate the change journey with you – our client - to meet the desired future state of your organization.

Process

The Change Leadership process involves the following steps:

  1. Get ready for change
    • Obtain clarity of the desired outcome of the change intervention for your company (to be).
      • Relate the change intervention to strategic objectives.
      • Actively build a relationship of trust with stakeholders.
    • Analyse the current situation (as is) and build a case for change.
    • Create a shared understanding before change is initiated.
  2. Implement and manage change
    • Design the journey towards the future state.
    • Implement and guide the roll out of the journey plan.
      • Build momentum.
      • Set measurable goals.
      • Evaluate the progress.
      • Adapt the methodology, if necessary.
  3. Optimize capacity to change
    • Hand over responsibilities.
    • Reflect, reward, and close.
